2 eggs
¼ cup milk (60 ml)
2 cups finely shredded potatoes (350 g)
¼ cup biscuit crumbs (25 g)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine (15 g)
Instructions
In a bowl, whip eggs until smooth in consistency.
Stir in milk, then mix potatoes, biscuit crumbs and salt into the bowl.
Melt the butter in skillet.
Mix the potato mixture in skillet by tablespoons.
Cook until golden brown, turn to the other side and cook until golden brown
