Another thing, these are made like cookies for desserts. Baked potato patties have a nice crunch and texture plus they are soothing to your stomach. In a matter of 45 minutes, a whole family would enjoy this delicious dessert. Truly, this recipe is quick, no hassle and fulfilling. Here are the steps in making these baked potato patties.
Ingredients
  • 5 mediums Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onions
  • ½ medium Tomato
  • 2 medium Green Chili
  • ½ teaspoon Fennel Seeds (2.5 g)
  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 -3 tablespoons of Bread Crumbs (30-45 g)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon of Oil (5-10 ml)
Instructions
  1. Pour oil into microwave bowl, and then add the onions and green chilies. Microwave the spices for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add fennel seeds and sliced tomato; Microwave for another 2 minutes, and set aside mixture.
  3. Bake the potatoes in microwave oven for 10 minutes, soak them in water to cool and peel them when cool enough to handle.
  4. Mash the potatoes well using a fork or potato masher, and then combine with the mixture of spices.
  5. Stir in bread crumbs and combine everything thoroughly.
  6. Divide mixture into equal portions, shaping each into a flat disc with 1 inch thickness.
  7. Arrange patties in baking tray and pre heat the oven at 215 degrees.
  8. Bake the patties for 10 minutes, flip them and continue baking for 5 minutes or until completely done.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
